This blend of Western and Yoruba languages embodies the founder’s vision of combining Western and African elements to forge something innovative and impactful. It also highlights our foundational principle that data is vital for understanding and enhancing the social determinants of health, which include cultural, digital, emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.

Natasha Aduloju-Ajijola, PhD, MPH, is a distinguished professional with over 15 years of research experience. She guides Vitalera Integrated Consults to excel in data analytics across diverse sectors. As CEO of the company, she steers Vitalera in conducting in-depth analyses in public health, cyber, maritime, and physical security, human trafficking, environment, tourism, power, finance, economic development, the TVET space, and renewables. With expertise as a certified hydrogen energy expert and training in Solar Project Management, she seamlessly blends academic insight with practical proficiency. Holding a PhD in Health Education and Promotion from The University of Alabama and a Masters in Public Health from Ohio University, Dr. Aduloju-Ajijola’s strategic acumen and data analytics prowess drive informed decision-making, propelling sustainable development and shaping the future of businesses and communities worldwide.

Founding and Early Vision
Founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Vitalera Integrated Consults was established with an understanding that pandemics and other human crises cannot be solved with the same thinking that created the problems. Inspired by the public health principle of social determinants of health, we recognize that behaviour does not happen in a vacuum, and neither should the analysis of data. A truly multidisciplinary approach to research and data analytics is key to the contextualization of information and its way forward for decision-makers. Our aim was to work with the public, private, and international development sectors simultaneously, bringing holistic, data-driven insights to a wide range of clients.
